Responsible for estimating, submital processing, and procurement of materials for excavation, water, sanitary, and storm sewer projects.
Duties - Estimate and help manage civil construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate with owners, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors - Ensure compliance with specifications on materials Qualifications - Proven experience as a Civil Estimator on Excavation and Utility projects - Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques - Proficient in project estimating software (e.

, Agtek, HeavyBid) - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Must have experience estimating Excavation and Wet Utilities or DO NOT APPLY.
