Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our residents and guests.
Your commitment to cleanliness and order will contribute to their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces according to established standards.
Perform regular housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
Change linens and towels, and make beds in resident rooms.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Uphold infection control practices and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident and guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
A positive and friendly demeanor.
